Great strap vest, already had the dove gear vest for a few years now, this bird gear vest has a larger game bag and it is layed out very well for the upland hunter

The extra water bottle holders are not set up to

The extra water bottle holders are not set up to be neutral in adding to either side of vest

Cool to wear in warm weather

Despite the hot weather of the first dove season, this vest was cool to wear. Plenty of room in the pouches for shotgun shells. Game pouch was easy to put birds in and it was easy take birds out with the vest still on.
I extended the straps all of the way out to get the pouches down low enough for me to easily get shells out when reloading and the belt strap was fully extended as well but still fit comfortably. I am 6'2" 275lbs If I was much taller or rounder, this vest would not fit me. Great vest if you are my height and weight, or smaller.
